
Research Amnesty – Global Book of Insights
Without conducting any new research, for Johnson & Johnson, we held a Research Amnesty and using a people-centred lens synthesised all existing research to create a Book of Insights for the coughs and colds category.
This accessible and engaging tool is used to identify and disseminate key consumer insights to global teams. It continues to provide a comprehensive and transferable foundation of knowledge, to guide decision making for branding, product development and communication activities.
