Situated in the heart of London’s Soho, the Sense Loft is a bright and airy meeting and event space suitable for up to 40 people. An inspirational venue located on the fourth floor of a converted print works, it has its own kitchenette, toilet facilities and fantastic views of London’s surrounding West End.

With its white walls and high apex ceiling, the Sense Loft is an extremely versatile space. From informal and cosy with its black leather sofas to boardroom-style with large tables, we can set the room up to suit your style.

Room Hire Rates
The Sense Loft is available for hire by the full day from Monday to Friday. Room hire is £1,200 + VAT, plus catering for an 8 hour day from 9-5pm.
Room hire includes
- Unlimited tea, coffee and cold drinks
- Use of the kitchenette facilities
- AV equipment including a 42” LCD TV, DVD player, sound system and projector with screen
- Flipchart stand and pads
- Whiteboard and markers
- Wi-Fi access
Catering
We can provide hot and cold catering through our preferred suppliers for breakfast, lunch and snacks. Catering for those with special dietary requirements isn’t a problem, just tell us what you would like. Please note that there is a 20% handling charge on all catering.

We’re situated right in the centre of Soho so getting to the Sense Loft is easy. It's a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus or Leicester Square and less than 15 minutes from Tottenham Court Road and Oxford Circus.
